ROLE:
Provide financial planning services and investment advice to high net
worth individuals in order to sustain and increase the long-term wealth of
their clients.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Perform financial Needs Analysis(FNA) and based on FNA provide clients
with the wealth products like mutual funds, Insurance, etc. for risk
management of portfolios.
Achieving monthly sales target across products through financial analysis
to ensure all customers casa balances for investment.
Selling and Cross selling all wealth products through references from
existing customers to increase client base.
WORKING RELATIONSHIP:
Internal: Maintain good community and industrial organizational
membership by active participation for smooth completion of
assignments.
External: Communicate and consult with client through official seminars
to introduce them towards the new products of the bank.
KEY SKILLS:
Excellent interpersonal & customer service skills, attentiveness,
information retention, tact and diplomacy in dealing with both
customers and employees.
Knowledge of all types of banking services, including consumer,
business lending, and credit administration.
Detail oriented, strong organizational skills, and high degree of
accuracy.
ABILITIES:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & under pressure using
banking concept in order to design financial report.
The ability to make quick, sound and accurate decisions using
analysis skills to ensure customers for investment.
Ability to develop wealth management program through
seminars to attract clients.
