Defendant Ryan Bundy moves the Court for an order allowing the issuance and
service of up to 10 trial subpoenas to be served on behalf of defendant Ryan Bundy at
government expense, the costs are paid in the case of witnesses subpoenaed on behalf of
the government. Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure, Rule 17(b). These subpoenas are
intended only for defendants Bundys witnesses, not witnesses subpoenaed on behalf of
all co-defendants.
