AKING AMA

Nung akoy bata pa

Nang iwan ako ng aking ama
Matay lumuluha na (lumuluha ang mata)
Di kaya ni nanay ng iwan nya
Sakin ay may bumulong
Sabi ni tatay na wag iiyak
Malungkot ako aking ama
Chorus
Kung may pagkakataon na mayakap sya
At masabi ko na mahal kita ama
Awiting to ay alay ko sayo
Mahal na mahal, mahal kita o aking ama
Ako at si nanay, iniisip ka
Sa panaginip nalang tayo nagkikita
Kulitan natin dati
Mga alaala mo nung kasama ka
Haplos na galing sayo
Mga payo na tinuro mo
Di malilimutan aking ama
Chorus
Kung may pagkakataon na mayakap siya
At masabi ko na mahal kita ama
Awiting to ay alay ko sayo
Mahal na mahal, mahal kita o aking ama
Rap:
Chorus
Kung may pagkakataon na mayakap sya
At masabi ko na mahal kita ama
Awiting to ay alay ko sayo

The tolerance of an electronic component either based on its nominal value and either its tolerance
percentage value or its parts per million (PPM) value.
The tolerance of an electronic component such as a resistor or capacitor can be specified either as a
percentage value or as a parts per million value.
The tolerance percentage is a specification which shows how much an electronic component can
deviate, in percentage, from its stated nominal value. For example, if a 1K resistor has a tolerance
of 20%, this means it can deviate 20% from its 1K of resistance. 20% of 1K is 200. So the
resistance can fall between 800 and 1.2K.
The other way of specifying the tolerance of an electronic component is by its parts per million
specification. Parts per million is a way of specifying a component's tolerance by how much it can
vary per million units. So if a resistor has a parts per million value of 50,000, it can vary by 50,000
per 1 million ohms of resistance. So a 1M resistor can vary by 50,000 if it has a ppm of 50,000.
This means its resistance can be between 950,000 and 1,050,000.
To use this calculator, a user just enters the component's nominal value and either the tolerance
percentage value or ppm value. The tolerance will automatically be computed, along with the range
of the low tolerance value and the high tolerance value.
The unit computed will be the unit you entered into the input field. For example, if you're calculating
resistance and you enter in unit ohms (), this is the value which will be computed in the resultant
fields.

The value indicated by the stripes on a resistor provides an estimate of resistance. The exact resistance
varies by a percentage that depends on thetolerance factor of the resistor.

For example, a 22 k resistor with a 5% tolerance actually has a value somewhere between 5% above
and 5% below 22 k, which works out to somewhere between 20.9 and 23.1 k. A 470 resistor with a
10% tolerance has an actual value somewhere between 423 and 517.

Why the approximations? It costs more money to manufacture resistors to very close tolerances, and for
most electronic circuits, a 5% or 10% margin of error is perfectly acceptable.

If your application demands higher precision, you can spend a bit more money to buy higher-tolerance
resistors. But 5%- or 10%- tolerance resistors are fine for most work.

1.

Orient the resistor so you can read the stripes properly.

You should read the stripes from left to right. The first stripe is the one thats closest to
one end of the resistor. If this stripe is on the right side of the resistor, turn the resistor
around so the first stripe is on the left.

2.

Look up the color of the first stripe to determine the value of the first digit.
For example, if the first stripe is yellow, the first digit is 4.

3.

Look up the color of the second stripe to determine the value of the second digit.
For example, if the first stripe is violet, the second digit is 7.

4.

Look up the color of the third stripe to determine the multiplier.

For example, if the third stripe is brown, the multiplier is 10.

5.

Multiply the two-digit value by the multiplier to determine the resistors value.
For example, 47 times 10 is 470. Thus, a yellow-violet-brown resistor is 470 .

BULIMIA NERVOSA
Bulimia nervosa is an eating disorder characterized by frequent episodes of binge eating,
followed by frantic efforts to avoid gaining weight. It affects men and women of all ages.
When youre struggling with bulimia, life is a constant battle between the desire to lose weight or
stay thin and the overwhelming compulsion to binge eat.
You don't want to bingeyou know you'll feel guilty and ashamed afterwardsbut time and
again you give in. After the binge ends, panic sets in and you turn to drastic measures to "undo"
your overeating, such as taking ex-lax, vomiting, or going for an intense run. Meanwhile, you
feel increasingly out of control.

Binge eating signs and symptoms

Lack of control over eating Inability to stop eating. Eating until the point of physical
discomfort and pain.

Secrecy surrounding eating Going to the kitchen after everyone else has gone to
bed. Going out alone on unexpected food runs. Wanting to eat in privacy.

Eating unusually large amounts of food with no obvious change in weight.

Disappearance of food, numerous empty wrappers or food containers in the garbage,

or hidden stashes of junk food.

Alternating between overeating and fasting Rarely eats normal meals. Its all-ornothing when it comes to food.

Purging signs and symptoms

Going to the bathroom after meals Frequently disappears after meals or takes a trip
to the bathroom to throw up. May run the water to disguise sounds of vomiting.

Using laxatives, diuretics, or enemas after eating. May also take diet pills to curb
appetite or use the sauna to sweat out water weight.

Smell of vomit The bathroom or the person may smell like vomit. They may try to
cover up the smell with mouthwash, perfume, air freshener, gum, or mints.

Excessive exercising Works out strenuously, especially after eating. Typical activities
include high-intensity calorie burners such as running or aerobics.

Physical signs and symptoms of bulimia

Calluses or scars on the knuckles or hands from sticking fingers down the throat to
induce vomiting.

Puffy chipmunk cheeks caused by repeated vomiting.

Discolored teeth from exposure to stomach acid when throwing up. May look yellow,
ragged, or clear.

Not underweight Men and women with bulimia are usually normal weight or slightly
overweight. Being underweight while purging might indicate a purging type of anorexia.

Frequent fluctuations in weight Weight may fluctuate by 10 pounds or more due to

alternating episodes of bingeing and purging.
