Main Objectives

: To personally accept God as our Father.

: Do unto others as you would have them do unto you

Core Value: RESPECT

Human Situation: It is easy for us to run to our father in order to ask

something we want. Moved with love, the father will gladly and generously
gives and provides our needs. As a father, he works so hardtop give good
example to the family and he is the protector of the family.

Word of God: (Mathew 25:40) "The King will reply, Truly I tell you,
whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters
of mine, you did for me.
Deepening:
1. God love and cares for His creation (birds of the air, flowers and grass
in the field, and most especially us Human Beings)
2. God will never abandon us because of his love to foe His creature.
3. He loves us so much and He cares and protects us.

Christian message:
a. Creed: (cfr. CCC# 239 )
Calling our God as our FATHER indicates that God is the first origin
and authority of everything and that He is the same time goodness and
loving and he cares for all his creation.
-It is proper and true to call God our father because He is: 1 our
Creator 2 our Provider, 3 our Redeemer and Protector (Redemption is
the most sign of a fathers love)
-father tells us that God is personal, close to us, not an impersonal
force, distant and far off. He cares for us even with a motherly love.
-As a father he is the source of everything he provides and protects us,
all His creatures.
b. Code: (5th commandments thou shall not kill) as God commanded
us we shall never persecute our brothers or sister. For they are our

brothers and sisters we must love and respect them as our father loves
us. (Remember the TEN commandments)
c. Cult: (forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass
against us) as Jesus challenges us to love, to love even those who
sinned against us, to love with all our heart, soul and strength. (The
prayer of the Our father)

Activity: The fathers Love letter (it can be presented by short video
clip/or provide a hand-out/or in PowerPoint presentation)

1. How do we show our love for our (Parents, brothers, sisters or
teachers?
2. How do we show our care for each other (our classmates, neighbour
and schoolmates)?
3. How do we care for our environment (the creation of God)

-Commitment: If you want to be respected you Respect
-Conviction: a promise of Respect board (provide a post it to write a
promise not to bully others with their signatures)
-Celebration: Little affirmation by writing the good qualities of the individual
(positive traits of the classmates)
