Introduction

I am a passionate person who has gained experience from several but related fields. I have previously
studied to be a nurse, but I decided to learn more about the world instead. Even though I love helping
people, I am also very curious. I need to study what is beyond me so that I may discover myself.

In Viagem Medieval, I was responsible for the reservations and entry control, thus, I dealt with a lot of
complaints. I loved solving the problems of the customers. I also discovered that I excel at customer
service.

I graduated in Artistic Studies, at the Faculty of Arts and Humanities of Coimbra. My passions led me to
enroll in the History & Heritage program at the Faculty of Arts and Humanities of Porto.

I enrolled and completed the Groundlink's Aviation English Course and I was selected to work for Ryanair.
However, I had a tattoo and it was ineligible. I underwent a procedure to have my tattoo removed. The
process was taking too long and it was ultimately unsuccessful; nevertheless, I spent that time traveling
and researching about Celtic culture and people.

Working in Cultural Tourism allowed me to explore the connection between tourism and hospitality. It
opened doors for me to work in the travel industry. I'm currently working for Lufthansa LGSP as a remote
ticketing agent, and I have learned a lot about reservations and ticketing.

I am outgoing, communicative, self-critical and hardworking.
