I, Officer St. John(12867), am the School Resource Officer at Edgewater High School (3100 Edgewater
Dr).
On 10/3/2016 at approximately 1145hrs, I met with the Complainant
and the Victim
(
I wanted to speak with
in reference to an incident that occurred at the
Edgewater High School football game on 9/30/16. During the game,
walked onto the field and
wanted to speak with Suspect Christopher Leak. Suspect Leak is the head coach of the Edgewater High
School football team.

stated the following:

"The week before Labor Day, Coach Leak asked me to give him a massage because his massage
therapist was not available. Coach Leak and I negotiated an amount he would pay me for the massage.
Coach Leak also thought I was sleeping with a boy on the team and told me I broke his trust. Coach
Leak told me if I give him the massage it would help build the trust back. On Labor Day, I stayed late
after practice. Coach Leak said he was sweaty from practice and needed to take a shower and came
out in a towel. Coach Leak told me to put on soothing music and the lights were off. Coach Leak then
laid down on the training bench on his stomach. I massaged the back of his legs for 15 minutes. I told
him I was done because my hands got tired. Coach Leak then rolled over on his back. Coach Leak
then told me to massage the front of his legs. He pulled my hands up to touch his penis. My hand
grazed his penis a few times. His penis was hard when I touched it. At that point I got up and said I was
done. I walked out of the office and walked off campus. Coach Leak called me and I ignored him and
then he called me again and asked if I needed a ride home. Coach Leak then took me to get food and
dropped me off at home. I told my friend,
(NOI) about what happened and Coach Leak ended
up giving her $100 later".

DCF was notified and Investigator William Procknow responded to the scene.
Detective Salcedo(4999) and Detective Marra(16886), Special Victims Unit, were notified about the
incident. Both detectives responded to Edgewater High School for further investigation.
