7-28-16 Met with tenant of unit 501 Joshua Daniel, he is the only occupied unit on the 5th floor.
The building is undergoing major renovation. Verified a large hole in the wall created by the
demolition of the adjacent unit. A portion of the flooring in the first floor collapsed due to overload
of construction debris on 7/23. Water lines were damaged, cold is restored, the hot is yet to be
fixed. Owner is removing debris so the plumber can complete repairs. One of the fire exits is not
available because of this damages the exit goes thru the collapsed floor area.
