Sunday Message – New Year Message 02

20/01/08
<Acts 11:19-30, 13:1-3>
TELL THE GREEKS ABOUT LORD JESUS, TOO
• Before Lord Jesus ascended into Heaven, He left a dream behind to the disciples. The disciples
changed the world after having this dream
• We are the most ordinary people on earth. We will experience the worries, upsets, anger, desires
like any other people. However, one day, we will be able to preach God’s word because of the
dream that Jesus Christ has left for us
• My life and family will be changed because of this dream
• Have we realized that we have known ourselves incorrectly? We aren’t the minors what we
thought we are. We are representing Jesus Christ living on earth now
• The Lord left these words to His disciples and to us, before He ascended into Heaven
• We are noble. Therefore, what God has prepared for us are spouses and children who are noble
• God’s covenant, evidences and blissfulness have come into our family. Even though our family
might face many problems, God’s blessings for us will never depart. God continues His work in
our family
• Our spouses and children are also the most ordinary people but they are the most suitable ones
for us. They will bring peace and joy to us. All these is because of the dream that God has given
us
• God asked us to build the church which is most blessed and one that understands His covenant
the most. The problems that our brothers and sisters face are the most unique and all these
happened because of that dream
• We are the main characters of this era. God uses us with our unique background and conditions
• We come together because of this dream. When we have this dream, our ordinariness will be
different
• Because of this dream, we cannot continue to stay put in our weaknesses and disheartenment.
Our disheartenment will give us new strength to enable us to move forward
• Couples who move as one because of the Lord’s dream are most suitable for each other
• Because of this dream, we must have the flexibility to be used by God
• The people we receive are prepared for us by God. Thus, we need not force others to follow us
• Everyone will have their own weakness and fear. However, God can still use them
• Therefore, we must discover how God can use our weaknesses, fears and conditions. God will
want to use each and every one of us in this church. There is no rubbish here
• All the people of this world chase after the world. Therefore, they will continually go back to their
hurts and problems. They live such lowly lives. Although we are ordinary, we aren’t lowly
• God gave His spirit and blessings to the Apostles and to us. God uses their ordinariness to do His
work
• This group of people acquires everything when they do the Lord’s work
• The Antioch church continues to grow by holding on to the Lord’s covenant in <Acts 1, 2>
• Believers were first called Christians since the Antioch church because their actions and
appearance were just like that of Jesus Christ
• People know about our church from the “news” they heard. This is God’s work
• Antioch church has got financial power. Her members willingly took out their money when
Jerusalem had famine. The church had also sent out people and Missionaries
• Two thousand years of church’s history was changed by the Antioch church. Therefore, when our
spirit’s fire is inflamed, we will become a strong local church, just like the Antioch church
• Antioch church’s blessedness was not dependant on her greatness. What matters most were the
members. They could see the truth when most believers couldn’t. Only they could see that God
was always with them
• The reason why they could see was because, they had dreams
• All of us must become the members of Antioch church. To have the same passion and
perspective as them, we must start from dreams

Read <Acts 11: 9-30>

• v19 Antioch was a popular place. Trade and culture were very advanced. The disciples had
misunderstood the Gospel, thinking that the Gospel could only be preached to the Jews
• v20 It was an earth-breaking event that they’d told the Greeks about Jesus Christ. That was
the first time where the Gospel was ever shared to the Gentiles. Without that scene, we couldn’t
be Christians now
• v23 It is very important to see. We will naturally encouraged when we’d seen
• v24 Barnabas was a humble person. As he shared the gospel, more and more disciples were
raised. Thus, he remembered a person. This was the conviction of the Holy Spirit
• v25 Saul really understood the Gospel

Read <Acts 13:1-3>

• This was the outcome after they’d taught there for more a year.
• v1 People with different conditions, races and situations had all gathered at the Antioch
church
• v2 They fasted because of their earnestness. They saw that people really need the Lord.
The Lord called us to do His work
• v3 It was from here that the Gospel was preached till the end of the world
• Every disciple has dreams and they saw evidences. Thus, people turned to the Lord because of
their message
• They all had different background. In other words, they have different networks. Each time they
had finished their missionary trip, they would return to the Antioch church

1. The Antioch Church as formed by “saints who had passed the test of Pentecost”
God’s grace filled the Antioch church <11:23> with conversion of many <11:21> who loved
learning “the gospel of Christ”<11:26>. Many disciples were raised and became known as
“Christians” <11:26>; empowered financially, the church was also able to help the church in
Jerusalem <11:30>… They received so much grace because they were able to perceive “God’s
revelation, voice, power and work”. Their belief began and developed by “meeting God” and
“establishing a good relationship with God”…
• There are many types of believers nowadays. However, God wants to use those who had
passed the test of Pentecost
• Everyone goes to the church with different motives

1) Religious believers in the holy temple

- They have yet to meet God or develop a relationship with God. They are religious people
who did not know how to communicate and walk with God
- The purposes of going to the temple: to receive blessings; afraid of being cursed; to
know God; to be more sanctified; to do more good deeds, etc…
- All those who didn’t start their life of belief upon “relationships” have no choice but to
become “Pharisees, Sadducees, Herodians and Zealots”
- Not only can they not “receive blessings, avoid being cursed, know God, sanctified or do
good deeds”, they were already living under “condemnation and death”, and will surely
suffer “serious consequences”
• We are doomed if we start the journey of our belief with the wrong motive. It is because,
when the foundation is incorrect, the ministry that a believer embarked on will end
prematurely before he will take on another ministry
• Our belief must be started by building a relationship with God. We must realize that God
is the Father who loves us. We must develop everything upon this relationship
• If we do not have an assurance in this relationship with the Father now, all our prayers will
be futile. God is our Father. The Father’s love and relationship with us will never change
• We will not see any evidences if our belief isn’t started upon this relationship
• Why did God curse those Pharisees, Sadducees, Herodians and Zealots? It was because
they claimed to love God without even knowing God. Thus, everything they did was only
religious activity
• This is the difference between Abel and Cain
• A person who begins his belief upon relationship with God is able to give thanks for all
things. Thus, he will see evidences in every situation
• How can we build up this relationship? We can’t do it with our own intellectual mind;
neither can we base it upon our individual’s relative experiences. To build this
relationship, we must pass the test of the Pentecost

2) Saints who passed the test of Pentecost

- The most important things that happened during Pentecost (the focus of last week’s
message) = it isn’t about “the violent wind, the tongues of fire and speaking in other
tongues”. It is when the Saints are filled by the Holy Spirit, they will remember “the Lord’s
teaching, accomplishment, prophesies and covenant” and receive “a strengthened faith
and the perspective to see ‘evidences that the Lord is with them’”. Moreover, they’d
written down “the teachings, accomplishment, prophesies and covenant of Christ” as
revelations in the New Testament for the future generations
- Therefore, in the past 2000 years’ history, the Holy Spirit continues to use this method
(restore the Lord’s revelations, faith and evidences) to fill saints from generations to
generations. The Holy Spirit continues to work in the same way in those saints who
listened and believed in the Christ’s gospel…
→ Do not go after “phenomena” and remain in the state of “only knowing the truth but
cannot receive power and evidences”
→ Thus, saints who have really “experienced the Pentecost” are able to rely on the Word of
God and Holy Spirit, who testify Christ, to meet God, develop a relationship,
communicate and walk with God and to serve the Lord = this is the true meaning of
<John 4:24>
→ Therefore, only the saints who have “experienced the Pentecost” are able to recognize
God’s “personality, conviction, voice, fragrance, power and work”
• Before Jesus Christ ascended into Heaven, He wanted the disciples to stay in Jerusalem.
He wanted them to experience the Pentecost
• The importance of the Pentecost wasn’t about the Apostles experiencing the violent wind
or them having special actions. If all the believers today have special actions and they
couldn’t stop, they will be deemed to be crazy people by everyone else
• All of us were filled by the Holy Spirit. However, we will have different experiences of
being filled by the Holy Spirit in accordance to the situation we are in
• The Holy Spirit enables a person to remember Jesus Christ’s teachings in every situation
• All the Apostles knew Jesus Christ and had witnessed everything that Jesus Christ had
done. However, they did not understand the reasons behind Jesus’ actions until they’d
been through the Pentecost
• We must truly understand the real meaning of being filled by the Holy Spirit
• When we mentioned about a person is being filled by the Holy Spirit, we are not
interested in seeing how that person is changed outwardly. More importantly, is the
change within that person
• When a person sees the Lord’s reason and receives evidences, there will naturally be
some external changes
• Only after we’d experienced the Pentecost, will we be able to remember the word of
Jesus Christ in different situations or difficulties

3) We need to confirm, if we are among the saints who have experienced the Pentecost?
- Already have lots of evidences = already listened to many “words that comes from the
mouth of God (Christ’s gospel)” and also “believed in what we’d heard”
- We just need to organize “all the Christ’s gospel that we’d heard so far” and build an
eternal relationship with God and establish the “holy temple given by Christ”. (Format our
perspective on the world, history, values, life, marriage, children, financial, church,
serving, etc). Using the established systematic ideology and perspective to test and
approve God’s perfect will in all things, we will receive the Holy Spirit’s conviction and
recognize “all the work of God” and thus become a witness with “faith, power and
evidences”
- After repeatedly “relying on the Holy Spirit”, we will receive a “fixed perspective” and
“authoritative thoughts, speech and living”. So as to “rely on the Holy Spirit, to drive out
demons and enjoy the Heavenly kingdom” and to help others “in driving out demons; to
die and resurrect; to receive healings, etc…”
• There are two main different types of believers in the churches today. One type will
always be chasing after phenomena. They want to be enthusiastic but cannot. Even if
they can be enthusiastic, they still have a very confused mind
• The other type wants to learn everything. However, they’d never once seen any wonders
or miraculous signs taking place in them. They feel more restricted than non-believers.
Thus, they always receive accusations in them
• We must understand the life and freedom that God has given us
• So, what exactly is the filling of the Holy Spirit on Christians? What is the meaning of
holiness, sins and sanctification of Christians? We need to clearly know all these
• All of us have heard and believed in the message of Jesus Christ. Even though we are
still weak, we have already believed and understood God’s truth
• Therefore, the only thing we must succeed is to format the message that we had listened
to. We will have a shortcut after we’d formatted
• If we have a shortcut, we will only put it into practice when the time comes E.g. If we are
able to see the shortcut, we can be set free when we are in agony
• This is why Lord Jesus Christ wanted to rebuild the temple in 3 days with His body. Why
do we need to have the temple?
• When a person does not have the temple, he will start worshipping the golden calf when
he is in the wilderness even though he had came out of Egypt and experienced the
miracle of the Red Sea being parted by God
• The believers in this era have always been going after legalism, mysticism, rituals,
knowledge, etc. And when they face the world, they will still follow the world. They didn’t
establish a temple
• Those who have established a temple and have life will not want to worship God on their
own at home. They can’t wait to get together with other saints and intercede for this era
• Why is it that whenever we are weak, the Pastor will surely ask us to restore the meetings
in church and to live a congregation-centered life? Because, he knows that the ruler of
the air is there deceiving us. We can only be victorious and sustain our belief when we
come together
• After we’d established the temple, we must also establish our perspective. E.g.
perspective on ourselves, the world, values, single-hood, spousal relationship, careers,
nurturing our children, the use of our money, our serving, etc
• We need to first acquire the correct perspective before we start doing anything
• When we are willing to submit after having this perspective, God’s word has already taken
His throne in our lives. This is the meaning of “letting Jesus Christ be our lord”
• During then, amazing faith and power will come. This is the true Pentecost
• People who have been through the Pentecost will still weak. However, those who have
been through but weaken, just need to turn back to God, and the Holy Spirit will fill them
again
• When they turn their perspective around, they will receive answers for everything

2. The Antioch church was formed by “saints who were able to preach the Gospel”
Not only does the saints of the Antioch church preach the gospel to the Jews, they also preach it
to the Greeks (gentiles) <11:20>, expanded their ministries through them and added the number
of the saved <11:21>… more important than the real work of evangelism is the ability to perceive
“the work of the Holy Spirit on others”. They can do so because, they’d already “seen the work of
God on themselves”…
1) “Saints having experienced Pentecost” can experience the rekindling of the Spirit’s fire within
seeing through “the world’s darkness” and “the weakening of the church”.
- They can differentiate “religion and gospel” and “religious believers and Christians”.
- They have confirmed evidence within: “regardless of the kind of audience I have, as long
as they are able to understand the messages and testimonies I share, they will be born
again, sanctified and triumphant”.
- They are able to see through “the weaknesses of the modern day church” and are greatly
burdened with messages to “preach thereto”.
- God has already prepared a group of his people at the time when a saint has gained “the
secrets of Emmanuel”. Therefore that saint will certainly see “the opening of the door to
preach the gospel” in his/her life and living.
• To the Jews in that era, preaching the gospel to the gentiles was unimaginable. The
reason why they did so, was probably they’d seen how frightening the darkness was
• We have also seen that everyone has problems. People have everything but God
• It doesn’t mean to say that we are perfect when we see that others are all having
problems. However, we will have a compassionate heart towards others when we see
that they are all living in agony
• Some Christians are very amiable towards everyone they meet. However, while these
Christians are so nice, how many of them have really enjoyed God before?

2) Saints who experienced Pentecost know the kind of messages and testimonies to deliver;
they also know how to build up new believers.
- They can deliver messages and testimonies capable of helping people “meet God,
confirm their identity, cultivate a good relationship with God, communicate and walk with
God.
- They can preach messages that are specific to audience and locale, well-designed and
practical.
• Sometimes, we will come across some saints who serve the Lord with great passion and
sincerity and we praise God for them. However, we realized that the message they
listened to often resulted in them going into mysticism, humanism and legalism. And so,
we are really hateful towards Satan because Satan is deceiving and binding those
believers who really want to serve and love God
• Do people who are serving the Lord really enjoy their ministries? We can ask this
question because in the past, we were also serving the Lord and the church with great
passion and sincerity. However, as we serve, we had often grumbled and were easily
disheartened. We, ourselves, had experienced all these
• Therefore, we know that those who can really understand the message we are sharing,
can truly enjoy all their ministries and be used by the Lord even more greatly

3) “Saints who have experienced Pentecost” are able to discover “God’s work on other people”.
- On the 3000 Jews of Jerusalem <2:37-41>/ on the Samaritans <8:4-25>/ on the Ethiopian
eunuch <8:40>/ Cornelius and his family <10:1-48> and on those receiving Peter’s report
about them / on the Greeks in Antioch <11:20>
- Because of their personal experience, they are able to tell who the eight kinds of blessed
people are; they can also tell the work of the Holy Spirit and know God’s schedule.
• The message shared by those who had experienced the Pentecost will have greater
assurance and is very practical
• E.g. If we’d experienced the Pentecost and we want to share about healing, we won’t be
telling people to do this, or not to do that. Instead, we will understand the situation they
are in and know that they really wish to change, but Satan had prevented them from
doing so. Thus, we will tell them that God has already accepted their hearts
• As Peter spoke to the 3000 people, we would have remembered how Jesus Christ had
appeared to him as he went back to fish, and how he had repented when he saw Jesus
Christ. Such message is practical and can touch the hearts of many people
• When Peter saw what was happening to the Samaritans, he realized that the same Spirit
that filled the 3000 people in the past had also filled the Samaritans
• He blessed the Samaritans after he realized the work and evidences of God. The
Samaritans were touched and repented before Peter had blessed and prayed for them
• However, Peter was not completed convinced yet. Thus, God appeared to him to tell him
that His gospel was also meant for the gentiles. God showed Peter in a dream that all the
food prepared by Him could be eaten
• All the things that Peter preached were from his own experienced. He didn’t speak as a
third party. In other words, God can and will use us in our current situation and condition

4) The people we meet

- Despite the differences in their backgrounds and circumstances, they react the same way
to the “messages of the gospel” and their lives are changed the same way after they
heard and believed the gospel (they are either of this country or from Taiwan, China,
Singapore, and Malaysia; they are of different nationalities).
- This is because they are all made in heaven and have one father, one lord, one spirit, one
baptism and one body.
→ When I value “the work of the Holy Spirit in my heart” and, as a result, want to learn to
grasp the secrets thereof more, I’ll see doors opened for the spreading the gospel.
→ I need to confirm that not only I am “beloved” but that my co-workers and those around
me are also “all beloved”. I need not only to reaffirm myself as beloved but also to
treasure the body of Christ and my co-workers. I need to strive to join up well with others
and equip with “the secrets of the Holy Spirit.” as well as pray for the ministries God has
prepared in each of our life’s network and get ready to be used by the Lord.
• Why did they share the message of Jesus Christ to the Greeks, back in the Antioch
church?
• It is possible that when they preached the gospel to the Jews, their own brothers refused
to listen. Instead, the Greeks were willing to accept. In fact, they were “made in heaven”
(i.e. belong to the same kingdom)
• We will be filled by the Holy Spirit when the people, whom we shared the message of
Jesus Christ to, are willing to listen and hunger for the word. During then, even if we’d not
prepared the message, people will still be touched as long as we share with them
• If we’d not experienced the Pentecost, the message we shared will be disengaged from
our thoughts. When that happened, it is like we are speaking to cows (i.e. people cannot
understand and will not be touched). We won’t be able to share anything
• We will share the message naturally when we met people who are “made in heaven”
• If we need to lead a meeting even when our children are sick, the people whom we
shared with will have a similar situation as us. Therefore, we will experience and receive
the same answers together
• God will lead us to people who are “made in heaven”. Our church has all along been
praying for main land China. Are the people whom we meet just some people from
China? They are people “made in heaven” but living in China
• We will not continually dwell in our little problems if we’d acquired the dream

3. The Antioch church was made up of “saints who had the vision of world evangelization”.
A very important reason God used the Antioch church was that they had had “the vision of world
evangelization” and had prayed as they were equipping themselves. The Holy Spirit had them
place their hands on “Paul and Barnabas” and send them off as missionaries to bless the entire
world. The entire world and history have all been changed because of their prayer.
• A lot of churches, when sharing on the book of <Acts>, only mentioned about the greatness of
the Apostles, the sacrifices of Peter and Paul etc. However, <Acts> talks about the weakness,
foolishness and limitation of the Apostles. As such, the gospel was expanded by God using
their weak conditions
• The message on <Acts> preached by the other churches differs from ours. <Acts> is all about
world evangelism

1) What they did is not the result of “day-dreaming” but serves as evidence of having firmly
believed in “the promises God has given”.
- Examples throughout the entire bible: promises received by those who have been called
= Noah, Abraham, Moses, David, Apostles
- Promises Lord Christ gave his disciples after his work was done = <Mat 28:18-20; Mar
16:15-20; Luke 24:44-49; Act 1:8>
- Promises that can be fulfilled, regardless of the circumstances = I don’t need special
conditions to have God’s promises fulfilled; rather, their fulfillment is accomplished by
discovering God’s good will in the conditions I have and restoring Emmanuel in those
conditions.
• Before Jesus Christ ascended to Heaven, He left behind the “dream” for the Saints. The
Lord told them that they will become His witnesses and preached the Gospel till the ends
of the world
• People will become strong and walk out from their weakness because of this dream
• If we live with this dream, we can glorify God regardless of the career/job we are holding

2) This is not our “exaggeration and pride”; we are already in possession of the messages of the
gospel of Christ and testimonies thereof” that can change “the whole world and the entire
history”
- Regardless of nationality, class, age, and gender, all of us face the same problem
(fundamental problem) and all of us need the same answer (the secrets of Emmanuel
revealed through Christ)= God lives regardless of time and place; He lives in us all. What
we need is nothing but restoration to “the true God, God the Trinity”. = we all have our
daily lives to live: we live with our families, at work, in the church, in the field of daily living
and relationships and we need the same answer
- The saints in Antioch are called Christians (Christ-like men, gospel men, Godly men, the
Christ revealed). They do not only believe at a conceptual level “what it is about the truth
of Christ”, they also are able to live out their lives “in Christ” and see that God’s grace is
with them in everything and that all peoples need the blessings they enjoy.
• The vision of World evangelism is not something exaggerating or the boasting of men.
There are realistic evidences in the words we shared
• When we have a vision, we will know that everything we encounter does not happen by
chance. Everyone is suffering and sinking in their problems
• Therefore, God chooses us, who are unique, allowed us to go through problems and
tribulations in order for us to receive the most absolute answers, so that we can bless and
save others
• We will receive all the wisdom and power when we are willing to be used by the Lord

3) It is not that they “do not know where to begin”; rather, they already have “a world-scale life’s
network”
- Antioch = capital of the ancient Syrian Empire, whose metropolitan population in the N.T.
times exceeded 500,000. Its inhabitants came from all over the world (multi-ethnic); it was
an international city.
- Therefore, the work of the Antioch saints’ ministry is not ethnocentric. The saints have a
network that is worldwide.
- In <Act 13:1-3> Paul and Barnabas were being sent off into the life’s network of each of
the saints in Antioch.
- As soon as their ministry began, those missionaries of Antioch were led into many more
new networks, thereby expanding their prayer network more and more
• We, who have vision and who have seen evidences will surely know where to start. It
starts from our “family and colleagues network”
• E.g. When something happened to our family members, we shouldn’t start praying for
their problems. Instead, we must pray for their salvation
• Therefore, we must value ourselves. Many people say that churches in Singapore are like
the Antioch church. This statement is true
• Although Singapore is a small country, many countries do pay attention to her. The
language and civilization that God has given us are to be used in World Gospelization
• We often live in agony because we have often compared ourselves with others. We need
to know that the civilization, development and trade of Singapore exist for the Antioch
church in Singapore

4) The ministry of the Antioch church proceeded in a “positive cycle” of “equipping, sending off,
accomplishing, reporting back and expanding”.
→ Study for a year to “understand the entire bible by the gospel of Christ” → many teachers
were equipped → sending off the most capable teachers, Paul and Barnabas →
continuing to pray for their ministries and seeing the flourishing of “the greater and more
difficult” ministries led by God → After each mission, Paul and Barnabas reported back to
the Antioch church → the saints of the church all received “the vision for missions” and
“rekindled heart”, prayed together for them and participated in the missions with financial
support and manpower → there was a growing number of places with intercessors,
including individuals and families.
• People who have a vision and seen evidences will want to get equipped. Thereafter, God
will send us out
• Just like Paul, we can’t hide ourselves. Barnabas will surely find him and the Gospel will
be spread by him
• Those whose messages are profound will influence people whose messages are shallow.
Those with evidences will influence people who don’t have evidences
• When we talk to any Pastor, we will know if that person is a “typical Pastor” (one who is
only concerned with his personal benefits, or those who only look at the conditions of his
congregation) or one whose concern is for World Gospelization
• Our lives cannot be hidden. We are one with the Gospel and the Holy Spirit seeks us
• Our problems will be gone as we equip ourselves. Otherwise, our problems reside in us
though we appear okay on the surface
5) We need to confirm: our church is “the Antioch church of today”.
- Our church also has been given “the promises, the gospel messages and testimonies”
that the Antioch church was given; we have “the world-scale life’s network” as well; each
week we receive more of the “calls from Macedonia from all over the world”; we have
experienced many missions God has accomplished; and we will witness the ever
expanding of those missions.
→ Do not get excited and do not exaggerate but stay even more calm and humble for “the
call and vision from above” <Isa 43:1-21, 60:1-22; Act 1:8>. In our current schedule, we
are all well poised to take part in the ministry of “equipping, joining up, interceding,
sending off and expanding”.
→ We need a long-term plan for laying a solid foundation for “the gospel ministry” and for
the training of our children and descendants.
• We are the Antioch Church of this era
• All of us wish to be used by God and wish that our family members will all come to know
God. This is because, we are “made in heaven”
• Do not think that these words are too exaggerating. We will feel so because we have
become “frogs living in the well”
• Although Jesus Christ was a Carpenter, He had never looked down on Himself
• The message we preached is not exaggerating. This is the dream left for us just before
the Lord ascended into Heaven. Those who have this dream will want to preach the
message of Jesus Christ just like the Greeks
Sharing and Prayer Topics
1. Am I a saint who “has experienced Pentecost”? Am I able to recognize God’s “personality,
touching, voice, fragrance, power and work”? Have I grasped the secrets of “being filled
with the Holy Spirit” and “living by the Holy Spirit” at any time? (Ref. Outline #1(2) and (3))
2. Saints who “have experienced Pentecost” are able to discover “God’s work on other
people”: Am I able to tell who are among the “eight kinds of blessed people” and their
blessed schedule? Do I have confirmed evidence that, “regardless of my audience, as long
as they understand the messages and testimonies I share, they will surely experience
regeneration, sanctification and triumph”? What is it that I still need to be equipped with?
3. Our church is “the Antioch church of today”. What kind of ministry do I have in this
church? Am I able to see that my ministry is essential to the entire operation of our
church? To what extent am I taking part in the ministry of “equipping, joining up,
interceding, sending off and expanding”? Do I need to try harder? What kind of prayers do
I pray for my children, descendants and the flock under my care?
