    English abstract Yesterday, Judge Daniel Beeri of the Tel-Aviv Magistrate Court purportedly conducted a "Verdict" hearing in the criminal prosecution of Tax Authority whistle-blower Rafi Rotem.  However, to this date, the "Verdict" record has not been duly entered in the electronic file in Net-HaMishpat - case management system of the Court.   And yet, last night, Spokeswoman of the Administration of Courts Ayelet Filo published a "Verdict" record, which is unsigned and unauthenticated.  Request was filed today with Prof Eli Biham, Head of the Technion "Cyber Security Research Center", Justice (ret) Edna Arbel and members of her committee on web conduct standards (among them computer, law, and governance experts) to opine: Is it reasonable and proper to consider the record, which was published by Spokeswoman of the Administration of Courts an authentic, lawfully mad, valid court record of the State of Israel?  Ayelet Filo and her partner, Attorney Barak Laser of the Adminisitration of Courts have been previously documented as a source of fake court records and perversion of court process, and the Tel-Aviv Magistrate Court has been previously documented faking court process on protest activists, including Barak Cohen, Lori Shem Tov, Moti Leybel, and likewise - the Jerusalem Magistrate Court in the case of Joelle Ben Simon.
