Chapter 1
1.0 Introduction
Making a payroll service is a great idea for Companies in which payroll isn't the same from pay
period to pay period. Companies with hourly employees or employees on commissions can save time and
money by using a payroll program. One of the benefits is avoiding mistakes in payroll system is failing to
remit payroll taxes. Payroll Businesses process the amount of each paycheck and the tax obligations for
each employee; print the checks; and provide payroll reports.
We often hear politicians either wanting to increase the taxed payroll or decrease it. While it may be an
effective talking point for sparring political parties, it is a reality for small business owners everywhere.
It is everyones responsibility to pay their tax and it is businesses/Companies responsibility to compute
taxes for their employees
General Objectives
To develop the Payroll System that will enhance the companys process of payment of the
employee salaries.
1.2.1 Objectives
The developers will develop a computerized Payroll System that will compute all the salary of the
employees, including their incomes, deduction details, pay date, description cash, and net pay. And lastly,
print the pay slip of the employees information of salary.
To create and design a system that help the Allenian Travel and Tours Incorporation on their
Payroll System.
The developers will create a system that can help the incorporation/company, in terms of
automation of the process of their Payroll System that they have undergo every month. With the help of
the proposed system, the company wont be using manual process of their tax computation of each
Company
The proposed system will give the company assurance that the salaries of the employees, will be
accurately paid. With detailed information of the employees, in the embedded database system. And it will
reduce the duplication of the information of employees.
Employers
The proposed system once implemented, the employers will easily managed the salary
information of the employees. And they easily find out, if theres a duplication of the information of the
employees. Having reduce the time consumed to store the datas needed of the company.
The study focuses on using a database of employee and their payroll information to

Chapter 2
Methodology of the Study
Overview
The purpose of our system is to make a Payroll System of the Allenian Travel and Tours
Incorporation. Our system will provide a system that can accurately compute for small businesses of
employee payroll and tax, a system that may be able to save edit and delete employees and their
information. To provide a user friendly/easy to use system, and to provide program that will print
employee Paycheck receipt and tax included.
Advantages:
The study focuses on using a database of employee and their payroll information to
Disadvantages:
Participants
The proposed system will have a participant that will benefit the uses of the system.
It will help a lot for us as a researcher. In how we can solve the problem of the company. We can
learn about the Payroll system, how it goes and how it works. Hows the benefits and the usage of our
proposed system, to the company. And to us the programmers, to enhance our programming skills, and in
problem solving.
Research Design
Using employee payroll software
With this method, the business owners is still in control of entering tax and
employee information, but most task are automated. The program then
automatically calculates how much tax should be deducted in various categories.
Finally, you can print the checks from your computer. This is best for Business
owners who want a faster method of completing payroll without error, while still
maintaining control.
Instruments
The researcher provide a data gathering instruments, to gathered data. Such as interviewing the
employers or the staffs of the company. In which ways to be known the all in all system needed of the
company. And we as aware of what happening to the company. And might able to think about the solution
we must proceed to give help to the company, to solve their problems.
Ethical Issues
Abuse of privileges
Withholding information
Divulging information inappropriately
Management/employee/client issues
Conflicts of interests
Chapter III
Data Gathering Procedures and Output
Fully customized reports: You can generate reports with fringe benefits, expenses and
definitions specific to your company. This includes a full history of current and past pay slips and
comprehensive employee details, which can be accessed easily.
Saves Time: It obviously takes extra time and extra resources for a business to manage its own
payroll (when compared to payroll outsourcing), but as far as in house management is
concerned, payroll software helps to speed every aspect of the payroll process with a range of
automated features.
Added Security: By managing payroll in house with payroll software, a company removes the
uncertainty that comes with the sending of private employee information to a third party. You will
still need to consider the security of your own IT systems however, though you can be sure with a
good payroll solution will accord with the highest IT security standards.
Cost Effective: By taking control of payroll yourself and not going with a professional service,
there is great potential to save money especially once you can use the software quickly and
efficiently. Naturally there are downsides involved by not going with a professional service, but
these diminish as you get used to the system.
Avoid Making Mistakes: It is easy to make mistakes when you manage aspects of payroll
manually, but with the right payroll management solution it becomes much more difficult to make
such mistakes. Comprehensive validation procedures and checks stop you from entering the
wrong information.
No Need for Expertise: When the right software is used and the payroll demands are modest,
anyone with a good understanding of IT can manage a companys payroll requirements
effectively. This is good for smaller businesses that want flexibility.

Proposed System
System Overview
In our System Overview, it will display all the information that must be filled up by the employers.
First we have the group box that includes the Employee Name, Address1, Address2, and the Post Code.
The employers must input the Employee Name of the employee. And the Address1 which is asking the
