Banahaw Heals Spa is an innovative spa concept ideally suited to todays lifestyle.
We specialize in providing affordable quality massage services that are uniquely
created to heal and relax our client's body. We also offer Lifetime Memberships that
can be used at all branches nationwide.
From its humble beginning in 2007, Banahaw Heals Spa has grown to over 200
locations nationwide more than 30 branches in the province of Cavite alone making
us one of the Fastest Growing Spa Franchise Business in the Philippines. Banahaw
Heals Spa currently aims on saturating the whole nation with an expansion target
rate of 20 to 30 branches per year with expectations to hit the 300 th branch mark
within the next two years.

Healing Massage, dubbed as Hilot Pamana, is an innovation of our Founding
Owner that combines the different modalities of massage (Swedish, Tuina,

FRANCHISING
Banahaw Heals Spas concept is based on the strong, personal involvement of the
franchisee in the management of the franchised branch. As such, Banahaw Heals
Spa prefers owners who will operate the branch personally.
Franchise applicants must meet qualifications including, but not limited to, the
following criteria:

Minimum experience in the spa industry as a client and some managerial

experience, preferably in sales and marketing;

A satisfactory financial rating, must demonstrate the financial capability to

open and operate a spa;

Due to the physical demands of operating a Banahaw Heals Spa branch,

applicants must be in good health;

A willingness to devote full time and effort towards the success of his/her
branch.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Other considerations involved in assessing applicants include character traits, level

of motivation, related experience, etc

What does the Franchise Fee buy?

It secures the right to own and operate a Banahaw Heals Spa Franchise Branch
within a designated location. It is a fee that permits the franchisee to use the
Banahaw Heals Spa business name, logos, marketing plans and services and to
operate accordingly. Finally, it pays for the initial training and support necessary to
get the business off to the right start.

Reservation Fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from the total
package cost.

Minimum Initial Down payment: To be discussed during the Meeting

Remaining balance as per agreed upon endorsement of branch.

Not included in the Franchise Package
