NARRATIVE CONTINUATION
On 04-30-2007 at approximately 2005 hours, Officer Tizzio responded to 941
Georgia Avenue, in reference to possible threats to the victim(Karen Diebel). Upon
arrival, contact with Mrs. Diebel was made who advised the following: on the listed
date at approximately 1000 hours, her son alerted her that a snake was in the pool,
crawling out from the skimmer area: She then had to leave for an engagement and
collected the snake in a jar.

Mrs. Diebel also believes her home interior is being monitored/recorded along
with her land line telephone. She feels today's incident is connected with her elected
position as a city commissioner. Diebel further advised there is another commission
meeting on 04-30-2007, where another vote on the commuter light rail/down town
central park location is being voted on, and she is a "swing vote". Diebel had advised
that she was issued an electronic key(on a key chain with the city seal) to most city
buildings for complete access, and has knowledge of some non city employees have
been issued the same access key( Steve Walsh- developer). Diebel also requested
that her electronic key be turned in and was given to Sgt. Biles by her.

Diebel advised that her personal desk top computer and her Verizon work laptop
has been hacked and her information is being copied from them by unknown
person(s). Mrs. Diebel told Officer Tizzio that she had a few glasses of wine and was
too tired to complete a detailed written statement. Officer Tizzio completed a short
one at her request. Sgt. Biles collected the snake in a jar where it was later
photographed and let loose. The snake appeared to be a Southern Ring Neck non
venomous type.

Mrs. Diebel has three boys ages from 7-12 years old, who were interviewed by
Sgt. Biles and Officer Tizzio. They stated they did not know anvthinn w"''' nt'Iinn on in
the home that was not normal.
