Other Terms & Conditions:
1. DELIVERY: Within 8-10 weeks will be dispatched from our works. In case of circumstances
beyond our control, the delivery will be extended.

2. PAYMENT TERMS: 50% advance and 50% before dispatch against Performa Invoice.
3. WARRANTY: 12 months from the date of invoice from manufacturing defects. Warranty will
not carry if damage in transit, mishandled, misuse of machine, etc.
4. INSPECTION: We will inspect from our side. You are also welcome for inspection at our works
at your cost. Any third party inspection is also acceptable at our site AT YOUR COST.
5. FOUNDATION: You must have to keep ready foundation before arrival of our engineer for
installation.
6. MOST IMPORTANT: Buyers premises should have enough space for entrance of the machine,
height, width should be sufficient to keep the machine inside. Machines having heavy weight,
cannot be moved manually, therefore Crane should be arranged to keep the machine at their
Foundation. The Machine will be assembled therefore it is not possible to dismantle the
machine. We will deliver the machine up to the Gate; from Gate to Commissioning Place it
will be buyers responsibility.
7. JURISDICTION: In case of legal, the matter will be subject to PUNE Jurisdiction only

Taxes:
1. VAT: 12.5% OR 2% against C Form
2. Packing: 4% Additional
3. Freight: At actual to your account
4. Installation & Training: INR 25,000.00 additional
5. Octroi/ Entry Tax will be additional at actual, if applicable.
