A High Tech Screening company in East

Coast is a Global Solution Provider of
Background Verification for their
clients. Their primary requirement was
to create a Scoring System by
extracting Data from various sources
into a single repository.

Our clients also wanted to migrate all

their Background Information Data,
made available to them in different
forms, such as Oracle, SQL Server, Flat
File and Scanned Documents which
were about 16 in number. The broad
category of Information types were:

KARYA first came up with a right

Data Structure to capture the
extracted Data As-is.
KARYA created the necessary
Mapping and Jobs in ODI to simplify
and extract the data from various
sources based on appropriate
triggers and load them.
KARYA proceeded to build a
comprehensive Scoring Engine using
ODI Mapping and Transformations
to process data from various sources
and apply Business Rules.
KARYA then assigned a Score for
each category for each applicant.
Also developed was a Referencing
System for all Background Record
details.
KARYA created Full loads and
Incremental Loads which will update
data on a daily basis or by business
trigger into the Scoring system.
