Restructured Robbery Response Plan for pattern robberies, created new outline for plan that
outlined appropriate steps to follow. This plan became official model to follow by all Commands
borough wide.

Adjusted work schedules to cover assignment shared by 3 independent units. Extended time
assignment was covered while accommodating meal and training periods; thus allowing one unit
to focus on spiking crime trends which drastically reduced street crime.

Increased efficiency, communications and problem solving ability between Detective Bureau
and Patrol by establishing a position for clearing operational issues and creating a liaison which
allowed both units to function more efficiently and productively.

Started up and managed a full line limousine business servicing the tri-state New York Metro area. Built
business from its inception into a multi-million-dollar enterprise developing exclusive contracts with
several of the most prestigious restaurants, hotels and casinos.

Created the premise for a New Heritage Limousine: "Safe, prompt courteous service.

Managed staff of 34 to perform tasks efficiently in a courteous manner.

Formulated budgets and set competitive pricing to operate and prosper under budget
guidelines.

Initiated Chauffer Incentive Programs reducing payroll while achieving higher pay for
employees.

Directed managers to closely monitor specific aspects of the business eliminating waste as well
as larceny.

Organized other limousine companies to become part of a network allowing all to service
larger and more demanding clients.

Opened new markets allowing additional revenue generators, i.e. Foxwoods Casino. Corporate
Jet Sharing not traditionally sought after by limousine companies.

Developed strategic response program for A New Heritage Limousine in order to deal with
Sands Hotel and Casino (A New Heritage's largest client) chapter 11 announcement. Immediately
traded in 90% of limousine fleet for new model year allowing company to reduce overhead by
65%. Utilized time frame to secure new corporate contract with Foxwoods Casino resulting in a
30% increase in revenues while continuing as Staten Island's newest fleet.
