CONCEPT ANALYSIS
Two Gentlemen of Verona recounts the selfless struggles and sacrifices of the two young Veronian
brothers, Nicola and Jacopo. They fight bravely against their misfortunes and never let their morale go
down. They only trust their hard work. The narrator gets impressed with theses orphaned boys maturity,
qualities and devotion. Their sister, Lucia is suffering from tuberculosis of the spine. They have a great
sense of responsibility; they earn every possible penny and pay for Lucias treatment regularly and
promptly. This story shows that sacrifice, sincerity and devotion give a new hope for humanity.
