ACTION
1. Announcement of Theme
Recap on the announcement of the theme Old
Shanghai Night (set in 20s era) and the RSVP
teaser.
2. Sponsorships & Lucky Draw
- Sponsorship letter has been done and waiting
for reply
- The team need to follow up
3. Budget estimation
- Deco & Communication will need approximately

All the department

head need to update

RM 20 k
Entertainment will need approximately RM 10 k
(without performance and RM 15 K (with
performance).
Door gifts, Awards & Certification no update at
the moment.

4. Deco & Communications

- Slide presentation by Donna on deco & booth
that will be done on the foyer/outside the
ballroom, layout and decoration of the stage,
tables & inside the ballroom concept of
Shanghai Night Club.
- Stage suggestion to use LCD screen instead of
projector.
5. Chinese Set Menu
- We have voted and agreed on the menu as
below:
