Pembangunan nasional memiliki tujuan yaitu menciptakan masyarakat adil dan

makmur melalui pertumbuhan ekonomi yang baik dan Indonesia adalah salah satu
Negara yang menganut sistem demokrasi ekonomi, sebagaimana dimuat dalam
batang tubuh UUD 1945 pasal 3 ayat 1 yang berbunyi, perekonomian disusun
sebagai usaha bersama berdasarkan atas azas kebersamaan

pada tanggal 28 Maret 1987 resmi didirikan Koperasi Darma Nirmala yang disahkan
dengan surat keputusan direksi PD Kebersihan Kota Bandung No. 57 tahun 1987
tanggal 1 April 1987 tentang pendirian Koperasi Darma Nirmala.

Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan Koperasi Darma Nirmala memiliki tata letak kantor
yang belum sesuai dengan dasar penentuan tata letak, dasar penyesuaian, job
description, sedangkan berdasarkan kuisioner yang di isi oleh responden/anggota
Koperasi Darma Nirmala terkait faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pelayana
memiliki kriteria yang baik, tetapi dari tanggapan terhadap beberapa faktor
tersebut, terdapat faktor yang masi cukup baik, maka itu Koperasi Darma Nirmala
perlu malukan evaluasi kembali kantor Koperasi Darma Nirmala untuk
meningkatkan pelayanan pada anggota.

Beberapa point tentang kebutuhan koperasi, yaitu:
1. faktor-faktor yang diperlukan,
2. derajat kepentingan,

3. alasan,
4. struktur organisasi dan job description
Dari beberapa point tersebut, bahwa koperasi dalam menentukan kebutuhannya
yang dinginkan, koperasi harus memperhatikan poin-point tersebut dengan baik,
contohnya struktur organisasi dan job description untuk mengukur tata letak kantor
koperasi darma nirmala sebagai berikut dengan menggunakan diagram area
relstionship chart:

Adanya usulan tata letak kantor Koperasi Darma Nirmala Kota Bandung yang sesuai
dengan kebutuhan yang diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat untuk anggota
pada khususnya dan koperasi.

Kesimpulan
Berdasarkan pembahasan, maka dapat dismpulakan bahwa, kantor koperasi darma
nirmala saat ini belum sesuai dengan kebutuhan
Saran
Berdasarkan hasil yang di teliti, maka saran dari peneliti, bahwa koperasi harus
melakukan perbaikan dan koperasi harusnya memperhatikan SOP yang diterapkan

Based on the results of the discussion Cooperative Darma Nirmala has the layout of an office

Suggestion

Based on the results in the meticulous, the suggestions of the researchers, that the cooperative
must make improvements and cooperatives should pay attention to SOP applied.
