INFORMATION
The undersigned Associate and Inquest prosecutor of Zamboanga City hereby accuses
HARJADO BUENBRAZO y IHO, RAP RAP DIUTAY y SANA and KUYANASH DELACROS y
JALO of the crime of HIGHWAY ROBBERY DEFINED AND PENALIZED UNDER P.D. 532
OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE ANTI-PIRACY AND HIGHWAY ROBBERY LAW OF 1974,
committed as follows:
That on or about 5 oclock in the afternoon of January 17, 2016 in the City of
Zamboanga and within the jurisdiction of this Honorable Court, accused HARJADO
BUENBRAZO y IHO, RAP RAP DIUTAY y SANA and KUYANASH DELACROS y
JALO, conspiring and confederating together and mutually helping and aiding one
another, with intent to gain and by means of intimidation, did ten and there willfully,
unlawfully and feloniously take, rob and carry away with them P600.00 cash money
belonging to one RIHANNA S. GRANDE and cash money of P150.00 belonging to one
AREANNE S. GRANDE while said Complainants were on board a passenger tricycle
then traveling along Divisoria Maria Clara Lorenzo Lobregat (MCLL) Highway, this
City, a public highway, to the damage and prejudice of the said private complainants.
