In modern times where on one hand very high achievements in the field of science

and technology have provided almost every conceivable comfort to mankind, on the
other hand the blinding glitter has compelled us to forget our true identity. This has
posed a great challenge before human values and humanity. The development in the
field of science and technology has increased many folds the struggle in human life
and it has become very complex. Due to this we are losing our peace of mind and
feeling of contentment which are natural gifts of nature. Education and introspection
are the only ways to avoid this situation.
This is the time when we should march forward on the road of development,
combining our human values and scientific achievements.
Today the role of youth in our country is of prime importance. The young generation
should work hard to brighten the future of India by truly mixing our core values with
the achievements in the field of science and technology.

National Post Graduate College, established in the year 1974 by the Chief-minister of
Uttar Pradesh, late Shri Chandra Bhanu Gupta. The College is situated on the bank of
river Gomti. The college has lush green surroundings. National Post Graduate
College is The only Autonomous College of Lucknow University. The College offers
under-graduate and post-graduate courses in Arts and Commerce faculties and
under-graduate courses in Science and Computer faculties.
The college has well equipped Laboratories in all the faculties.The Library well
arranged and besides text books latest edition of reference books are available ,
Journals and other papers are continuously being added to the research section. In
keeping with the modern digital technology and computer education, the college has
computer has a computer training center with latest hardware configuration and
software.The campus has also being transformed into a Wi-Fi campus. The college
also lays special emphasis on continuing (adult education) After the establishment
of Uttar Pradesh Rajarshi Tandon Open University at Allahabad the college has been
its study center for Lucknow and surrounding districts. The college has been
running National Service SchemeNSS program and NCC . The National P.G.College
alone organizes inter collegiate cricket tournament every year. Apart from cricket,
badminton and other sports also play an important role in the sports curriculum of
the college. With the efforts of the college administration and hard work of the
students, the college is scaling new heights every year. The college functions on the
single motto of imparting quality education to the quantity by inculcating the virtue
of being a good human with the sense of discipline.The College has the honor of
interacting of interacting with students from developed countries. A group of
Japanese students recently came to interact with the students of National P.G.College
and shared their experiences about learning of Hindi. To establish a society based on
