working in Cambodia since 1990. HU's mission is to support poor people in their efforts to achieve better

• Overall responsibility for ensuring quality budget preparation, financial reporting and amendment

• Maintain familiarity with all HU Cambodia donor procurement compliance regulations, ensuring that
all projects are aware of these

• University degree in finance, accounting or equivalent
• A minimum of five years relevant work experience in a senior finance or accounting position
• In-depth knowledge of financial systems and implementing internal controls

• Relevant university degree, or associate degree with considerable relevant work experience
