Step up Offer (SUO)
Star 15%
Step Up Offer
A program wherein, an ABO is
rewarded Rs.1000/- on qualifying at
9%.

Within 120 days of joining, NEW or

Requalified 9%.
Should earn Sales Commission from
6% Team.
100 Personal Points.

Important:

All above criterias have to be met in

same business month and should be
within 120 days of joining.
ABO can meet the criteria at any time
during the month in which the 120th
Day falls.
ABO can qualify for SUO by achieving
12% or above (instead of 9%) provided
all other criterias are fulfilled.
ABO can qualify for SUO only once.

Good to Know:
Lets see 2 reasons, due to which ABO could miss Step up Offer (SUO) and how the changes help
them.

Reason 1: ABO has 6% team in month of going new 9%, but has not done personal
100 Points in that month.
Reason 2: ABO has not got a 6% team outside of downline 9% team and may or may not have
done personal 100 Points.
- Change brought in will cover ABOs missing SUO due to Reason 2.
- The Changes in the SUO will not cover ABOs who miss it due to Reason 1.

- With this change - ABO may not be a New 9% as the SUO qualification can be done in a subsequent month
provided its within 120 days of joining

Good to Know:
Star 15% Qualification can be missed by a New 15% ABO due to below reason:
Reason: ABO does not have any team at 9% or 12% in the month in which New 15% was
achieved.
- Change brought in will cover ABOs missing Star 15% due to above Reason.

- With this change - ABO can meet with Star 15% Criteria within 4 months of going New 15%
Example: New 15% of September who did not meet Star 15% Criteria in that month can Qualify Star
15% during the period October to January.
