Important Notes:
1- The field cENQ can be re-determined via BAdI CL_NFE_PRINT on
method FILL_ITEM.
2- In Nfes created with reference to another NFe the field cEnq will be
copied from the original NFe. If you want it to be re-determined youll
need to go to the line item and clean/fill the tax law again.
