This interpretation are base on Kulliyah that I had attended. If its not correct , do correct it.

Surah Az-Zariyat verse 35 to 46

35. Then We evacuated those of the Believers who were there,

36. But We found not there any just (Muslim) persons except in one house:

37. And We left there a Sign for such as fear the Grievous Penalty.

38. And in Moses (was another Sign): Behold, We sent him to Pharaoh, with authority
manifest.

39. But (Pharaoh) turned back with his Chiefs, and said, "A sorcerer, or one possessed!"

40. So We took him and his forces, and threw them into the sea; and his was the blame.

41. And in the 'Ad (people) (was another Sign): Behold, We sent against them the
devastating Wind:

42. It left nothing whatever that it came up against, but reduced it to ruin and rottenness.

43. And in the Thamud (was another Sign): Behold, they were told, "Enjoy (your brief
day) for a little while!"

44. But they insolently defied the Command of their Lord: So the stunning noise (of an
earthquake) seized them, even while they were looking on.

45. Then they could not even stand (on their feet), nor could they help themselves.

46. So were the People of Noah before them for they wickedly transgressed.

47. With power and skill did We construct the Firmament: for it is We Who create

Alhamdulillah, I am able to attend his lecture on 1st of june. He explains the Surah As-
Zarriyat verse 35 to 46. It is advised that we teach our children with good education.
We must take lesson that the Prophet Nuh A.S left his son as the son does not want to
follow him when the Allah give the punishment to the people of Lut.
In giving guidance and education, we must give hope and pray. We must remember
that we Islam is not for our ownselves. Its for all the ummat.

The word mujrimin means the people that have exaggerated or do deeds beyond
permissible by Allah S.W.T. For example, if we do sex that are beyond natural
that means we are in the group of Mujrimin. For example, the people of Lut that
had gone beyond permissible for example like Homoseks and lesbian. Allah had
sent down the punishment.

Allah will only punish for those who have faith as Allah is Knowing. In that time,
even the wife of prophet Lut does not want to follow the guidance from the Prophet
of Lut A.S. At the moment, there is an evidence that the people of Lut civilization
was found at the dead sea. Through deep investigation, it has been told that the
civilization had been destroyed through earthquakes and volcano explosions.

Can we imagine that the people of Lut was all destroyed and were left nothing. They
were also destroyed by the fire rocks from the volcanoes. The reason that Allah told
us on the people of yesterday is that we see with our ownselves on the devastation of
Allah Power. And so that we realize our mistakes and as a reminder so that we are
watchfull of our actions.

We need to fight against mungkar. It is our obligatory to fight it within our

capabilities.

In the verse of 38, the story of Prophet Musa A.S was revealed. The Pharoah took
Prophet Musa A.S when he was a child and the pharaoh thought that the Prophet
Musa A.S is stupid. In the pharoah’s time, The Prophet of Harun and the Prophet of
Musa A.S came to Pharoah and asked him to emabrace Islam. With good words
and wisdom, yet the Pharoah decline to admit or embrace islam.

The word Sultan means knowledge with wisdom or great knowledge. So we can
learn the lesson that we need to explain or da’wa to people with great knowledge.
Historically, Gangis Khan whom had embrace Islam had spread the Islam with
governance and knowledge.

In the verse 39, It was told that the Pharoah and the followers had gain punishment
from Allah S.W.T. Don’t be a misguided followers. We must have knowledge so that
we are sway from the straight path. If we have knowledge we are capable to judge
and think.
In the verse 0f 41, it was told that the people of Ad was destroyed by the wind or
typhoon. The strong wind had brought down the people of Ad. With the wind tragedy,
many people dies with a blink of an eye. We should take the devastation as a
reminder to us to Obey Allah.

In the verse of 42, the people of Thamud was among the richest. The great
civilization was founded at jorean. It was founded at Jordan and it was claim that the
valley of Petra was owned by the people of Thamud. The People of Thamud was
great in buildings. They are good in development. Yet, they were destroyed and they
were practicing Hedonisme. The Hedonisme means that they are practicing free sex.

Lets take the lesson that we are not too joyfull in this world. As the hereafter is
getting nearer. We are advised to recite Surah Al-kahfi. The first 10 verse and the
last 10 verse will protect ourselves from Dajjal.
