Course and Project Highlights

Software Development Part of a 4 man team that developed a game using our own OpenGL graphics engine, OpenAL sound, and
java game engine; this project was given fourth place out of forty-two projects
Design and Analysis of Algorithms Analyzed and developed memory and time efficient algorithms involving sorting, searching,
dynamic programming, greedy algorithms, graph algorithms, string processing, computational geometry, and NP-completeness
Embedded Systems Programmed an iRobot with an ATmega128 board, equipped with infrared and sonar, to be remotely navigated
via Bluetooth through a course full of obstacles and pitfalls. Infrared data was sent to the user in PuTTY in a usable format
Digital Logic Structurally and behaviorally built a five stage processor with ModelSim that can execute 15 different MIPS
assembly instructions; it is equipped with Pipe-lining, Data-Forwarding, and Data hazard detection
Operating Systems Applied and developed multiple Disk Management, Process Scheduling, and Memory Management algorithms
for use within Real-Time, Batch Processing, and Embedded Systems
