    upholdfundamentalrightswehavebyvirtueofbeingborn
    intothisworldrightsliketheairyoubreath.Ourlaws,
    lawenforcement,attorneysandcourtsregularlyfailto
    recognizeandupholdourlibertyrights.Instead,toone
    degreeoranother,wearedeprivedofrightstolivefreely,to
    ourpropertyandresources,andtoraiseourchildren.Due
    processrequiresclearrules,governmentadherencetorules,
    aspeedytrial,adequatelegalrepresentationandan
    appellateprocess.Lawenforcement,attorneysandcourts
    oftenfailtousetheirdiscretionwisely,anddonotadhereto
    theirownrulesinattemptstopersecuteinherentlygood
    citizens,whohavetherighttobeleftaloneiftheyarenot
    harminganyone.Debtorsprisonissupposedtobeillegal,
    yetwecanbesubjecttopayorelsecourtorders.Aftermy
    clientsuedaJudge,Iexperiencedviolationsofmycivil
    rightswhenthatjudgemademeparticipateinthatclients
    trialinhandcus,awheelchair,withnoshoes,no
    eyeglasses,nolesandnoclientfortakingaphotographof
    adeputy.Theprivilegeofjudicialimmunitymustnotbeseen
    aspermissiontoviolatethelawandrightsofcitizens.Our
    Judgesareoftenrobotic,andlackcommonsenseor
    humanityinwhattheydo.Ienvisionauniedsystemof
    justice,ratherthanthepunitivesystemthatexists.
