In celebration of the Science Month, the STE students of Grade 9 Gold and
Grade 9 Diamond will be holding a movie viewing on September 27, 2016. In
view of the SHS Classes being held in our Students Center and Centennial
Auditorium, the regular venue for this year event, we would like to implore
your generous and kind heart to allow us to hold the movie viewing in your
library to avoid any disruption of the SHS classes.
The student facilitators and Science Teachers will be assuring the studentviewers conduct and behavior while inside the library and also to clean the
library after the said event to restore it to how it was previously arranged.

In celebration of the Science Month, the STE students of Grade 9 Gold and
Grade 9 Diamond will be holding a movie viewing on September 27, 2016. In
view of the upcoming event and owing to the rigorous and complicated
preparations of the venue and the equipment to be used, I would like to ask
permission for you to allow the students of the abovementioned sections to
be excused from their respective classes on September 26, 2016 for the
preparation and September 27, 2016 for the movie viewing day. Rest assured
the students will work hard to cope with all activities that will be missed
during the days lesson.
