Although this is an individual course, perhaps there should be a way to contact other studetns who are currently enrooled in the
perhaps there can be some way to contace the Food & Nutrition department for help if it is needed. I also feel that perhaps ins
a recipe or vedeo of them preparing a wholesome and nutritious meal for their family.

The course was directed to adults who are concerned about the nutrition of their family, specifically children. The course exami
decisions made by each family. The health risks associated with obesity in childhood are also discussed. The course had sever
successfully set out what it aimed to do. The content was relevant and interesting and the only suggestions for improvement I
