proceed showing, return this information card, and a copy of drivers license or state issued identity
card in order to confirm the showing.

The gross monthly income must equal to approximately three times or more of the monthly
rent.
Applicants must have favorable credit history (Fair or above)
Applicants must be employed and be able to furnish acceptable proof of the required income.
Applicants must have good references concerning rental payment, housekeeping, and property
maintenance from all previous landlords.
Applicants and or occupants must not smock inside the property at any time.
Leasing the property will be subject to tenants agreeing to the homeowner associations rules
and regulations.
Applicants will have to go through a background and credit check, a non-refundable application
fee of $35 per adult will be required for each adult during the application process.
