AFFIDAVIT
I, NORMA ACPAL MAHINAN, 83 years old, widow,
Filipino citizen and a resident of Mabini, Alicia, Isabela, after
having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose
and state:
1. That I am the registered owner of that certain parcel of
land located at Indiana, Bambang, Nueva Vizcaya, under
TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. T-101990 of
the land records of Nueva Vizcaya;
2. That I have recently discovered an undated Deed of
Absolute Sale of a portion of 5,185 square meters of the
land embraced in TCT No. T-101990 allegedly executed by
me in favor of the vendees, Freddie Mantilla and Leticia
Mantilla; that I deny under oath the authenticity and due
execution of said document as I never signed it and besides
I have never seen in my entire life Atty. Joaquin N.
Bulong, Jr. the Notary Public whom the instrument was
allegedly acknowledged;
3. That on September 8, 2016, at around 3:00 in the
afternoon, Leticia Matilla and Rubilinda A. dela Cruz
arrived at my residence in Barangay Mabini, Alicia,
Isabela aboard a motor vehicle. Leticia Mantilla threatened
me that she will sue me in court if I will not sign the
document and right there and then my blood pressure shot
up and while on that condition, she forced me to sign an
undated Deed of Absolute Sale over a portion of 4,375
square meters of the land embraced by TCT No. T-101990.
When they succeeded in forcibly getting my signature,
they tried to force my granddaughter Avery Arantxa
Mahinan to sign as a witness but she refused and so it was
signed by Rubilinda A Dela Cruz. Similarly, I have never
seen in my entire life Atty. Joaquin N. Bulong, Jr. the
Notary Public whom the instrument was allegedly
acknowledged;
4. That on September 14, 2016, I blottered the incident at
Alicia Police Station, Alicia, Isabela, a copy of which is

hereto attached as Annex A and made an integral part of

this Affidavit;
5. That I attest to the veracity of the foregoing statements.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand on
this Affidavit this 23rd day of September 2016 at Bayombong,
Nueva Vizcaya.
