    Receive a share of the actual room revenue and be entitled to up to 60 complimentary days every year. During your absence,
    your property will be included in the hotel inventory under the dedicated management team.

    Sanctuary Club exclusively offers Banyan Tree Group property owners two special benefits: Global Holiday Exchange Programme
    and Global Discounts and Special Privileges.

    GLOBAL HOLIDAY EXCHANGE PROGRAMME


    Global Holiday exchange Programme is an innovative programme offered exclusively to property owners who have their
    property managed under a hotel branded rental scheme. This programme allows participating owners to exchange part of their
    annual entitlement for a complimentary stay at any destination within the network. Annual enrollment into the exchange
    programme is automatic and incurs no additional cost to owners.
    Owners deposit 15 days of annual entitlement into the exchange pool. These days are attributed a monetary value based on the
    actual average daily rate for the past year.
    The monetary value deposited can then be used to redeem for rooms and villas at participating properties at the best available
    rate at time of booking. Bookings can be requested via the centralized team.
    *The exchange programme is currently available for Banyan Tree & Angsana Residences owners at Laguna Lng C.
