SUMMARY
The working place is commonly a situation in which individuals with various
identities, correspondence styles, and perspectives associate. These one potential wellspring
of work environment issues, and can eventually prompt stretch and pressure for those
included. All representatives have the privilege to be dealt with decently and to feel safe in
the work environment. In working there is always problems occur, sometimes small problem
and sometimes huge. Problems occur between workers and employer could lead to something
bad. It also can affect the worker performance thus could affect the organization. If there is
tense situation working, supervisor or manager need to take part to solve the problem before
it could be more serious case. Every problem have their own ways to solve it. Think with
brain dont ever use lust and anger when dealing with problem. Settle down with smooth and
efficiently with better consideration to achieve satisfaction on both side.

If we are an

employer of an organization, then we need to have trust for the welfare of workers, including
the payment of wages in accordance with their ability and their efficiency, respect their
views, do not treat them unfairly and always gives a boost so they love work, motivate and
inspire the task. And if we as an employee, we should take on our shoulders the trust to carry
out the task with enthusiasm, perseverance, persistence and passion. We are urged to give
priority to the interests of employers and organizations than self-interest, strives to ensure that
employers and organizations where we work, achieve the desired goals successfully.

INTRODUCTION

Working place should be the place where there is the interactive between worker and
employer. Working should be fun. But working in problematic situation could affect working
performance. Sometimes the problem come from the headquarters sometimes it comes from
the employees itself and sometimes it come from the customers. But most of the problem
appear when there is no ethics practice by the organization. Corruption everywhere in the
organization, then if customer heard about the conflict in the organization, it could affect the
company business maybe effect the customer trust from dealing with their company. Worker,
manager, supervisor and others should practice their ethics in their work. By practicing the
ethics they could reduce problems in their organization. They higher ranking position in the
company should avoid the unethical behaviour to avoid low rank form follow the nasty
behaviour. If the manager did something false in work daily routine, he could lose his respect
form his workers. The manager will loses his credibility and also his job.
Every problem have their own ways to solve it. Think with brain dont ever use lust
and anger when dealing with problem. Settle down with smooth and efficiently with better

then we need to gain trust from the workers and take care the welfare of workers, including
the payment of wages in accordance with their ability and their efficiency, respect their
views, do not treat them unfairly and always gives a boost so they love work, motivate and
inspire the task.
If we work as an employee, we should carry out the task with enthusiasm,
perseverance, persistence and passion. We are urged to give priority to the interests of
employers and organizations than self-interest, strives to ensure that employers and
organizations where we work, achieve the desired goals successfully. Furthermore, every
employee or members of an organization must be aware of the trust in themselves to establish
a good relationship and affection between employees. They should always strive to realize
the noble values in their relations with one another as partners, helping, good thoughts,
advice, and so on. Moreover, bad attitudes and values such as envy, mutual prejudice,
instigate, incite, prejudice and so on should be avoided and eliminated.

DISCUSSION
In workplace there are many undesired problems could happen such as:
Cheating
Stealing
Abusing
Every problem have their own way to solve:
Cheating
Many unethical cases reported about employees cheat their employer. The cheating includes
cheat about sickness, cheat about attendance and cheat in company task. Employee cheats on
sickness to get holiday so they can sleep all day or do something else. That is unethical
behaviour because he/she run away from doing his/her job while the colleague did their job.
Employees tend to cheat their attendance because they dont want their wages cut off if they
late to work. Some employee got caught on cheating on company task, some of them doesnt
complete the task given and they give unreasonable reason on why the task not complete.
This unethical behaviour should be monitor by the trusted supervisor, and if there are the
same cases occur, the drastic action should be implemented such as fired the problem worker
or give they some warning.

Stealing
Stealing also the most unethical act did by most unethical behaviour in this millennium era.
The best example we can see is in the store, include market, supermarket or grocery. The
worker tend to steal the item in the shop, that is because maybe they dont have money to buy
it, or they think it okay to steal just one or two items because the shop owner still can have
the profit. This unethical act can affect the shop profit if this unethics still runs. The best way
to monitor the employee is by placing the cctv in the shop. This safety features can be used
not just to monitor workers but can be used if there is some emergency such as robbery or
unexpected accident. This act can make sure worker be more honesty in their works.

Abusing
Abusing or in simple word is bullying, bullying in working is not new. Senior bullying junior
or manager bullying employee. The bullying is the most thing happen in all the company.
Some manager like to bully new employee by giving the lots of task. Bullying in the
workplace involving employees and manager and new employees with old workers (senior).
Bullying at work is like throwing sarcastic or abusive, ignore request, sent workers to create
work that is not relevant to the job as well as interference psychology. Bullying should not be
taken lightly by all especially if there is death .all agencies must work together to ensure that
bullying is no longer prevalent in the community. The conclusion, bullying should be solve
with immediately before it became more serious case.

CONCLUSION

As a conclusion, every employee or members of an organization must be aware of the


trustworthy in themselves to establish a better relationship between employees. They should
always seal the noble and good values in their relations with one another as partners, helping,
good thoughts, advice, and so on. Moreover, bad attitudes and values such as envy, mutual
prejudice, instigate, incite, prejudice and so on should be avoided and eliminated. In addition,
honest workers have also been linked with the extent to which they can protect their interests
as well as the secret to maintain the good image of the organization. Just imagine the
organization or company that we worked as a family, a community or a country. And from
there we have to keep the organization from negative elements that could bring down the
organization. Treat the organization just like our family so that we can always keep the
organization from the bad thing. Therefore, the adoption of trust in the employee should start
with ourselves. We should emphasize the good ethics and follow the company rule.
