SMART SCREEN TESTING ROBOT

Smart screen testing robot comprises of a robotic arm which can shake
and rotate a smart phone and use it with mechanical fingers to stimulate
how a real person would use their phone. Machine vision monitors the
screen while several sensors measure accuracy and response times of
their user interface. The robots can be used for testing of handset
screens, computer displays, infotainment systems etc. These robots are a
unique combination of machine vision, robotics, and cognitive
measurement software. One of the newest types robot types used
nowadays, for Touch & Test platforms are high performance 6- axis robot.
These robots enable to meet the new requirement and wider screen and
device variation for touch testing.
It consists of a robotic arm which can shake and rotate a smart phone

phones . There are several sensors that measure accuracy and response
times of their user interface. Example-Oculus the robot is playing the hit
game on a smartphone. Using two fingers with rubbery pads on the ends,
the robot crisply taps and swipes with micrometer precision through a
level of the physics-based puzzler. It racks up a perfect score.
These robots enables to meet specific requirements.These robots enable
to meet the new requirement and wider screen and device variation for
touch testing. Another example is SR-SCARA-Pro. They are developed for
touchscreen testings of smartphones , the speed and accuracy at which
carries out the test sequences make it one of the finest robots. these can
be operated using matlab,labview and other related softwares.
