Question: What is the Hyland OnBase connector for eCopy ShareScan?

Answer: An eCopy ShareScan Connector for seamless scanning into the
OnBase ECM developed by Hyland Software (written to eCopy SDK) from any
eCopy ShareScan enabled device
Question: Why do Healthcare customers care?
Answer: Hyland OnBase is the ECM in place at approx. 1,600 hospitals and
is considered the document repository for many EHRs
OnBase has direct integrations with Epic, MEDITECH, Cerner, Allscripts,
and other top EHRs
Documents scanned from any eCopy enabled MFP or scanner into OnBase
are directly available in the EHR
Question: Why do other customers care?
Answer: Hyland has a large presence in Credit unions, Financial Services,
Government, and manufacturing customers.
These customers integrate Hyland with other LOB applications and use as
their workflow engine and document repository
The connector gives them the ability to scan to Onbase from existing
scanning devices and shared MFPs, without purchasing additional
scanners for users desktops

Answer: Nuance will be part of the OnBase Developer Network Program,

Answer:
SRP is $1,200/Connector
Available as an Integration Kit with 15 Connectors at $999 per
Connector (so $14,985 for kit of 15 Connectors)
Site License is available for $50,000
M&S is an additional 20% per year.
