COMPLAINANTS FORTHWITH MOTION TO CONSIDER HOLDING
THE NOVEMBER 4TH HEARING AT THE OLD SUPREME COURT CHAMBERS
COMES NOW the Complainant, Mr. Peter Coulter to ask the Court to
consider moving the instant Campaign Finance Hearing to the Old
Supreme Court Chambers located in the State Capital. As good and
sufficient cause the Complainant states as follows:

responded

and

indicating they have no objection to the Motion.

The Administrative Courts are small and I believe that

there will be more than 100 Respondents attending the hearing

in addition to spectators to view the hearing making it nearly
impossible to have the hearing at the Administrative Courts.

I contacted the Senatorial Offices to inquire about using

the Old Supreme Court Chambers in the State Capital and have
attached the forms required to reserve the Chambers.
4.

The November 4th date for use of the Chambers is currently

available as of the filing time of this Motion.

5.
WHEREFORE, the Complainant Peter Coulter requests the Court
consider moving the venue for the November 4th Campaign Finance
Hearing to the Old Supreme Court at the State Capital,
AND for such further relief as the Court deems necessary.
