To prefer healthy food and have a balanced diet is important to keep healthy, and it can help you
to feel great. It is easy. Just follow these fabulous eight rules to start off with.

Base your meal on starchy food, like bread and pasta.


Include a lot of fruit and vegetables.
Add more fish to your diet.
Cut down on the excess of fat and sugar.
Cut down on the salt.
Get active and avoid obesity.
Always drink water, never get thirsty.
Never skip breakfast.

So, keep in shape and look great for summer! Its advisable to start eating healthy food as
son as possible, so, when summer comes, youll be ready for the beach!
