This letter when signed by you shall constitute the terms of your participation in our film
production as follows:
1.

The Artist / Contributor hereby agrees to contribute his/her services to

the

production of Just Smile

in the role of Ben
on the following dates: Monday 24th October, Thursday 27th October and Wednesday 2nd
November.
In consideration of the fee payable to you as set out in paragraph 2 below you hereby
irrevocably:
a.

agree and consent to participate in the production above;

b.

agree and consent to the filming and recording of you and your voice and your
performance and that such filming and recording may be incorporated in the film in
whole or in part at our discretion;

c.

consent to the exploitation of the film including your performance/ contribution by all
means and in all media and formats whether now or hereafter invented throughout the
world and in perpetuity;

d.

consent to the use and reproduction of all filming and recordings of your performance /
contribution or any part thereof by all means and in all media throughout the world and
in perpetuity;

e.

waive and release us from any claim, action or demand arising out of or in connection
with the film.

2.

In consideration of your participation in the film and your agreements and

consents we shall pay you the total sum of 0 payable on completion of
the filming and recording of your performance / contribution.

3.

We shall be entitled to assign or license the whole or part of the benefit

of this letter to any third party, provided that:

should the film and the rights therein be sold or licensed for commercial
distribution, theatrical performance or broadcast transmission you will have the
right to negotiate a contract, within the scope of the appropriate union
agreement for that purpose.
4.

This letter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with

English Law.
