1. SCOPE
This Site Inspection and Test Procedure provides requirements for the extent of inspection / test
of all site construction activities for RFCC Cilacap Project.

This procedure also provides the requirements for the types of inspection / test which is to be
witnessed and/or reviewed by Contractor, OWNER and / or as required by MIGAS.

2. REFERENCES
The latest revision of the following documents shall be referred to and shall form a part of this
procedure:
1. RFCC-C-QA-PR-001 Project Quality Assurance and Control Plan
2. RFCC-C-QC-PR-001 Site QA/QC Procedure

Such general requirements and inspection / test which are specifically required for equipment or
materials will be specified in each requisition and / or requisition data sheet.

3. DEFINITIONS
a.

OWNER

Shall mean PT. PERTAMINA (PERSERO), RFCC Project CILACAP CENTRAL JAVA

b.

Contractor

Shall mean Consortium of ADHI KARYA (PERSERO) TBK and


GS ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION.

c.

Subcontractor

Shall mean a Firm / Construction Company who is awarded


the contract by CONTRACTOR to execute construction
activities.

d.

MIGAS

Shall mean Directorate General of Oil and Gas of Government


of the Republic of Indonesia.

to perform the inspection for certification purpose as per
MIGAS requirements.

Shall mean Indonesian Government for Manpower.

Shall mean Dinas Metrologi, Directorate of Metrology of


Indonesian Government.

4. INSPECTION AND TESTING CHECK ITEM

Inspection and testing check items which is to be witnessed and / or reviewed by Contractor,
OWNER, and / or as required by MIGAS, are shown on the Appendix-1: Field Inspection and
Testing Check Item of this procedure.

(2) Should OWNER fail to attend at the specified time and location for witness inspection as
marked W on the relevant ITP, Contractor shall make reasonable efforts to contact the
OWNER inspector concerned. Should Contractor be unable to contact the concerned
inspector or should the concerned inspector fail to attend within 30 minutes of the assigned
time, Contractor shall take this as waiver of the inspection by OWNER and Contractor shall
proceed with the inspection.
(3) To witness a representative sample, (sample to be selected by OWNER depending on site
conditions). If OWNER does not present at the schedule time, Contractor will proceed with
the inspection / testing report approval.
