1.5m by 0.4m wide by 0.5m high, Design as per BS 8110 Standard

Supply Reinforcement bars for saddle reinforcing mesh work as follows, including cutting, bending, overlaps,
cleaning, spacer blocks and tying stirrups. Bending schedule as Along X-Axis, 6Y12 mm Bars @ 200mm, Along
Y-Axis, 16Y12 mm Bars @ 200mm

Y 12mm High tensile square twisted reinforcement bars to BS 4461.

DECOMMISSIONING OF 5 TON TANK AT NUTRO EPZ

Make provision for the following mobilisation/ demobilisation costs in carrying out all outlined tasks in item B,
to TKL safety standards;
1.1)

Personal protective equipment (PPE)

Provide all personnel on site with the following minimum PPE i.e , EN 345 Safety shoes,EN 1149-1 ( 100%
Cotton) Overalls, EN 397 Safety Hemets, EN166 Eye goggles, Gloves.

Provide on site approved 1 1/2" Pipe and Coupler scaffolding comprising of fixed clamps( drop forged type),
swivel clamps ,diagonal, cross bracing pipes, screw jack/ flat baseplates, hardwood board/metallic platforms, toe
boards, mesh screens, tying binding wire for all works at heights upto a maximum height not exceeding 6m for
works in the scope hereunder. NB: Copies of Scaffolders certficates MUST be submitted .

DECOMMISSIONING WORKS FOR 5 TON LPG TANK

NB: All decommissioning works of storage tanks, to be in accordance with API 2510, Part 3.7 standard
recommended practice in all respect

Carefully dismantle tank shell appurtenances, LPG Vapour manifold and stage regulators, Fire fighting cooling
rings line and fittings and pack in suitable casing. Transfer to clients Nairobi Bitumen plant.

Cast 0.6m by 0.6m by 100mm thick reinforced concrete slab for LPG Pump. NB: Use Class 25 concrete c/w
A142 reinforcing fabric .
