Patrol observed the above listed subject make an improper right

turn from Raymond Street onto Market Street. A traffic stop was
initiated and further investigation revealed that Colbert was
intoxicated. Colbert was taken into custody and was transported
to the Potsdam Police Department for processing where he was
released on traffic tickets. His BAC was a .17%.
