Dogs will be present on

the location. There is a
possible likelihood could
be running and cause the
equipment to fall.
The shoot itself will be
taking place in a medium
sized, dark area. Too
many people in the area,
could result in equipment
being knocked and or
physical injury as people
could make contact with
each other.
The actor will be using a
microphone and
potentially an electronic
keyboard in the shoot,
there is therefore there is
a small chance that the
actor could be shocked if
the equipment makes
contact with liquids.

Control Measure

Prevent the dogs from gaining access to the

rooms where filming is taking place, but
shutting and locking leading doors.

Restrict access to the room from spectators

or any unnecessary crew member. Remove
any used props if they are no longer needed
for the shots.

Make sure no liquids or drinks are allowed

on sit and that the actors hands are dry at
the beginning of each take. As the equipment
is a prop, the keyboard and microphone can
remain unplugged, preventing any electrical
issues.
