Context of the lesson
This is the first lesson in unit 1: bones and nutrition
Teaching goal
The overall aim of this lesson is to teach about amount of nutrition for humans.
Learning objectives: Students will be able to:

Identify that humans need the right types and amount of nutrition.
Identify that humans have skeletons and muscles for support, protection and movement.

Assumptions about prior learning: Students will be familiar with:


- The bones parts
- Type of foods
Anticipated problems and possible solutions:
- Students may play with the materials, so I will put rules.
- Students may do some noise, so I will put reinforcement points for them.
Personal focus for this lesson
- Provide safe learning environment for all students.
- Observe students while they are working.
- Give reinforcement points for whom doing well.
