During inprocess inspection at AYTB
SHOP 2, It was noted and recorded by Contractor QCI that the Subcontractor AYTB failed to measure
and execute correct orientation of the Olet and spacer welded for the Jacketed Spools. In Line
number Q98-SF-1058-13-001-A, The Spacers were found to be just beneath the 18X1 olet
placement which is not acceptable as per IFC Drawings.
