PETITION
We, Spouses MARYLOU S. TIU and JOSE L. TIU, both of legal age,
Filipino citizens and residents of Saavedra Drive,Tugbungan, Zamboanga City,
Philippines after having been sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose
and say, that:
1. We are the co-owners of that certain parcel of land covered by
Transfer Certificate of Title ____________ of the Register of Deeds of
Zamboanga City;
2. As co-owners we have decided to get claim, segregate, partition and
get our share from the undivided portion of said parcel of land more
particularly described as follows ;

3. As co-owners we hereby claim and get our share in the abovedescribed parcel of land;
4. We make these statements under oath and in good faith in order to
petition the Registry of Deeds of Zamboanga City to issue Transfer
Certificate of Title in our favor;
5. We execute this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts
based on personal knowledge and for whatever legal purpose it may
serve.
