3. The Home menu for the Brief Lesson Plan. Click Create Lesson Plan to begin
creating your brief lesson plan.
4. First is the Date Tab. Fill in the fields for the Subject ID and Date of the Brief
Lesson Plan. Click the small calendar icon on the right side of the field to get the
current date.
5. Next is the Objectives tab. Fill in the objectives of the Brief Lesson Plan.
6. Then the Subject Matter Tab. Fill in the Topic, Reference and Materials of the Brief
Lesson Plan.
8. Evaluation Tab. Fill in the evaluation or quiz or assessment of the Brief Lesson
Plan.
9. Then the Assignment Tab. Fill in the assignment of the Brief Lesson Plan.
10. Last is the Done Tab. Click Save Lesson Plan button to save the encoded Brief
Lesson Plan. Then click the Close button to close the form.
11. Once the encoded Brief Lesson Plan has been saved, the user can view the
record on the brief table and there the user can see the encoded Brief Lesson Plan.
12. To edit the lesson plan, head back to the main menu, select either the brief
lesson plan or detailed lesson plan. Then at the bottom part of the user interface,
look for the search area then type in the subject area of the lesson plan.
13. It will immediately open up the saved lesson plan in editing form. The user can
now edit the lesson plan. All functions in the brief lesson plan form is the same as
the detailed lesson plan form.

3. Select the file type you want for the Brief Lesson Plan.
4. Choose where to save the exported Brief Lesson Plan. Then fill in the name of the
Brief Lesson Plan.
5. Then a windows will pop-up. Type in the name of the exported Brief Lesson Plan.

open.

9. Printing the exported Lesson Plan. All functions in exporting the brief lesson plan
is the same as exporting the detailed lesson plan.
