1) Client:-ONGC

Odelrevu GGSs (Oily Water System)

In this project the wastewater which containing the suspended oil particles removed
by means of equipment like skimmer vessel, interceptor pond and multimedia filter and
treated water used for drinking and commercial purposes.

Prepare the Piping Isometric Drawing for entire unit.

Site visit to prepare final as built Piping Isometric Drawing for entire unit.

2) ONGC (Assam Revamping Project Group A)

Client: - Megha Engineering & Infrastructures Ltd.
(Oily Water System,Chemical Dosing System & Multimedia filter)
In this project-dosing chemical like KCL, alum, BIOSIDE, corrosion inhibitors,
Naocl and Na2SO3 are dose in oily water system unit to achieve outlet parameter of
stream.
3) Daniel Emerson
Equipment-Indirect Water Bath Heater
Heat Duty-764 KW.
4) Main Client:-GSPC(Kakinada)
Client: - BHEL
Equipment-Gas Conditioning Skids(8 Skids)
Prepare piping Isometric HP & LP steam Heater.(IBR Line)
Design and Documentation of IBR Line.
Site visit for Erection & Pre-commissioning of Skids.

5) ONGC (Rajamundry Asset)

Client: - Megha Engineering & Infrastructures Ltd.
Existing GGS of ONGC Like Kesanapalli,Gopavarm and Lingala expand to increase
the capacity of oily water system of plant. Also, provide total Process designing for 3
plant and some Equipment like CPI, IGF, Nut Shell Filter, Media filter and Chemical
Dosing Tanks. Oily Sludge of new plant will be dispose in ED well or marine Disposal.
Site visit to all three Existing GGSs of ONGC are Kesanapalli, Gopavarm and
Lingala for Pre-engineering Survey with MEIL People.
To define the hook up points from Existing Plant or GGS that required for new
plant.
For the jar test of incoming stream line sample of existing GGSs of Rajamundry
Asset.

Responsibilities:

Piping Drawing of skids complete by using ASME B 31.3 process piping.

Details Design Engineering of Static and Rotating Equipments.
Vessel design should done by using ASME sec VIII Div.1.
Familiar with codes and standards use ASME, API & ANSI.
Discuss and incorporate with comments of clients.
Line sizing and thickness calculation.
Developed Piping Isometric drawing for the equipment skid and total unit in which
piping between vessel to vessel and vessel to pump.

For which Refer the code like ASME B16.5, B16.9, B 16.11, B16.10, B36.10
required for flange, butt weld fitting, socket & threaded fitting, valve dimension and
pipe respectively.
Prepare Bill of material with involving study of P &ID.
Material selection for pipe, fitting, valve, plate, structural and other accessories etc.
Prepare Equipment G.A drawing, Equipment Fabrication Drawing, Equipment
Layout drawing, Skid Drawing, Piping Drawing, Isometric Drawing with bill of
material and Hydraulic Drawing etc.
Prepare the Equipment, Instrument and pump data sheet as per related projects.
Prepare the final as built drawing according to fabricated Equipment and piping in
factory.
Prepare Hydraulic Drawing For Equipments for Entire Unit.
Prepare control Philosophy and wiring Diagram for the entire unit/skid.
Prepare the process flow diagram for the entire unit.
Handling multiple projects simultaneously.
