ABSTRACT KEY WORDS:

Virtual Learning Objects, Math, Technologie, Administration and Users. This works
based in the importance of information technology (TIC) and its incorporation in the
educational process. Its starting point the results of different investigations,
indicating the relevance of linking TIC through educational projects; this inclusion is
a contribution for school transformations. The research was conducted at the
College Fe y Alegra, in the town of Soacha in order to analyze the integration of
TIC in the institution. The methodological approach was qualitative and collection
techniques mixed information that allowed addressing factors such as teacher
training, technological skills, TIC infrastructure ,and development of the proposal,
the investigation lasted 15
8. months, and the data were used were analyzed according to the theoretical
foundations, and by means of a statistical program. The teacher in his role of
counselor should encourage meaningful learning, critical analysis and creative
thinking every day. One way to innovate the teaching role is through the use of
ICTs, information technology and communication, which provide various tools that
arouse curiosity in the student and which impel them to come into contact with
them, waking up and the interest , basic substrate to achieve the construction of
knowledge. The inclusion of new information and communication technologies in
academic settings, to open the range of educational opportunities for students to
find different and innovative spaces in its accompanying training process
incorporating tools such as teaching strategy, teachers in role of instructional
designer must ensure by the coherence of the educational project, you must take
into account processes such as assessment, learning styles and aspects as the
characteristics of users who will run the digital resource, all with the goal of building
tools as a teaching strategy that will mean to revitalize the education of students in
these areas of knowledge, in this case the digital tool object of the present
research is designed to work in two subjects as math and technology within the
category of object Virtual Learning.
