Vixen Aquablast AB1215 Blast Cabinet

The Aquablast AB1215 wet blasting machine ensures a superior finish at the end of the blasting process.
This product gives you the perfect alternative to dry blasting, in what is a dust-free process with a softer surface
finish which in cosmetic applications, keeps components cleaner for longer.
Benefits of the AB1216:
- Complies with ATEX rated blasting processes
- The Vixen Aquablast wet blasting machine is completely manufactured in stainless steel.
- The main advantage of the wet process is that it cleans by high flow rates, thereby eliminating the hard impact from
the abrasive, resulting in a 'soft' finish with the water acting as its lubricant. Media impregnation is avoided and the
life of the blast media is also extended.
- The water/media slurry is contained within the wet blasting cabinet sump.
- Delivery of the slurry to the manual blast nozzle is via a glandless polyurethane pump and associated hoses
located inside the wet blasting cabinet.
