Introduction
The Scouters test is for potential candidates and is specially designed to test and assess their
logical reasoning and thinking performance.
It also serves as a channel for the Management and/or Playone to understand you better as a
person, your personality and your thought process.
Answer the following questions concisely and as truthfully as possible.
Do note that this is an individual and confidential test. You are not to discuss the test with
anyone.

Brief Job Scope

Scouters are a team of capable, trained, motivated stress resistant individuals who monitor the
Facebook page and forums, and providing guidance and assistance to the rest of the Community.
The Scouters help spread the word of upcoming events, promotions and process the hacking reports
that are receive. Generally, the Scouters are first responders to any incidents including DDOS
attacks, in game verbal abuse in chat, and hack detection and reporting.

Part 1 Short answer questions

A series of short questions are to be answered in 50-100 words. Your will be assessed based
on the course of action proposed, reasoning and justification.

Q1: Describe yourself and your experience with BlackShot.

Q2: What is your expectation toward becoming one of the Scouters?
Q3: In a situation, if a user reports to you that his has been banned, what will you
do?
Q4: How would you manage and promote your INDIVIDUAL Scouter Facebook Fan

Q1: A fellow Scouter breaks a minor rule, what would you do?
Q2: A fellow Scouter has not been performing his duties responsibly and up to the
standards expected from the Management. What would you do?
Q3: Players in-game know who you are, and what you stand for, yet they abuse you
verbally in-game. How will you react? Give reasons for your reaction.
Q4: You see your own clan mate/friend violating the rules in-game or in forums while
in your Scouters account. What would you do? Justify your answer.

Part 1
A1:
- Hello, my name is Darren Godie. I am from Sabah, Malaysia. I am now 20 years old
and not marrying yet. I am currently studying at Universiti Malaysia Sarawak taking
Civil Engineering Degree. I can do this as a full time job because I am on my
semester break right now and I am also very active BlackShot when I am not on my
semester break. I have been playing BlackShot since 2010 (6 years experience)
and I know that BlackShot has been dealing with many kinds of issues in the past
such as dealing with hackers/glitcher/bugs.
A2:
-My expectation toward becoming one of the Scouters is that I can make BlackShot
better and more fun to play without any interruption from irresponsible people
ruining the game using illegal hacking software/glitching/bugging in the game. I am
also expecting a lot higher good rating on this game than ever before.
A3:
- If a user reports to me that his has been banned, I will ask him to report at help
desk for further investigation and I will also help him reporting his case. Other than
that, I will ask him if he recently has been doing some illegal things such as using
hacking tools, doing glitches, bugging mastery or flaming other people while in the
game.
A4:
-I manage and promote my INDIVIDUAL Scouter Facebook Fan Page by regularly
uploading my gameplay with other people in BlackShot, uploading video BlackShot
montages, always interacting with people in BlackShot Facebook group and hearing

their issues. I will also upload good profile picture, upload picture of my gameplay
with other people in BlackShot, casual playing with random other players, and
chatting with the players.

Part 2
A1:
-I will give him a warning. If he still doing the same thing, I will make a report on him
about what he has done because breaking minor rule multiple times can lead up to
interrupting the game.
A2:
-I will kindly asks him to perform his duties responsibly and up to the standards
expected from the Management. If he still doing his duties irresponsibly and not up
to the standards expected from the Management, I will make a report about what he
was doing and send it to higher authority because fellow Scouter should always do
their work responsibly so that BlackShot will getting much better and people will
know and appreciate what PlayOne BlackShot has sacrifice for their users.
A3:
-Although he know me and he know what I stand for and still abusing me, I will give
him a warning and tell him to not do that again because abusing a Scouter is a
punishable offence.
A4:
-Although he is my clan mate/friend, violating rules is illegal. If he only done minor
violation such as flooding/spamming or event disruption, I will give him a warning
and if he still doing the minor violation, I will make a report about him as violating
the rules. However, if he make a major violation such as threatening, illegal trading
or BlackShot employee impersonation, I will immediately report about him violating
the rules.
