Some species were newly recorded


for TNGP, such as frogs and 4 bird
species.
10 camera traps were installed and
will be checked in about one month.

Biodiversity survey and training was


conducted in GPNP on 16-21 June, 2014.
Conducted by 8 researchers from LIPI with
12participants from GPNP staff .
Lectures and field practices were conducted
in 4 groups: i) birds, ii) mammals,
iii) insects and iv) reptiles and amphibia

Purpose is to share methodology of peat
emission MRV developed by JICA-JST Project
with policy makers and discuss how to
incorporate JICA-JST findings to MRV
mechanism of Central Kalimantan
